The recent survey by ASER shows that the drop out ratio from Indian schooling system is more than 50% by the time they reach 8th standard. The same survey also shows that the candidates who move ahead lack basic academic understanding and hence drop out eventually or struggle to cope with the ways of the world. We at Guidance Group believe that this gap can be filled by providing them with the right Career guidance.
Most of the candidates begin to realise much later in their life about their actual calling. This can be avoided if we can provide a career counselling centre within the campus. This will help the candidates to realise the importance of academic education.
1.If they are in college this career guidance cell will help them to understand how they can shape their career in which field. How can they prepare themselves while being in the college.
2.If they are in school we can help them realise which stream they can choose and make their career assessment in a particular way.
3.This career guidance cell majorly helps the parents to understand how they are supposed to support their children and have patience while they are fighting out in this hyper competitive world.
We would set up a Career Guidance Cell in the campus and schedule sessions with every candidate as and when required.
We conduct an Interview training workshop and also conduct mock interviews of every candidate. Later we provide a critical analysis of the same and guide them on how to improve over it.
